The Success Training Network (TSTN)

I recently was referred to The Success Training Network (TSTN), a really unique concept which I'm really enjoying. It's loaded with 30-minute and 1-hour long presentations from some of today's top business people.

I especially enjoyed the "Relationship Selling" series by Jim Cathcart. It is really in-line with our company's business approach.

Bob Proctor's "Paradigm Shift" was excellent, too!

The list of "faculty" includes Zig Ziglar, Dr. Denis Waitley, Brian Tracy, Charlie "Tremendous" Jones, Tom Hopkins, Dr. John Gray, Dr. Stephen Covey, and many, many more.

Check it out at www.tstn.com and let me know what you think!

Jeff Houser's Gravatar Are they audio or video presentations?

Are they available in downloadable format, like a podcast?

Ken Reiss's Gravatar Hi Jeff,

Actually, they run it just like a TV station on the Internet. The programs are video and stream real-time. I wish you could download them like a podcast, but you can't (other than a select few that the give you when you sign up).

At first I didn't like this, but after using it a it, I got used to it and actually now enjoy it. I keep it running on a spare laptop while I'm working and I'm amazed at how much I pick up. In addition, it really helps that I hear/see the similar programs all talking about success principles in different ways.

Check out the free trial and see what you think.

Ken.

Jeff Houser's Gravatar I might sign up for the trial for the free mp3 downloads. I love listening to such materials during my daily walk and have been looking for more business oriented ones.

But, I've found that I don't learn well by watching TV on the computer. I've proven it many times while trying to watch Breeze presentations, both live and previously recorded.

If I'm at the computer, I'll often bring up a code editor or start searching for info on the presentation. The end result is that I "lose" the presentation, am unfocused on coding and other research, and the time just sinks away unproductively.

Ken Reiss's Gravatar TSTN now lets you download their "Splash Player" which lets you watch either "live" TSTN or On Demand. The On Demand is really nice because you can choose the episode you want to watch as well as pause it while playing.
